Cooking Class will be at Loretta Paganini’s International Culinary Art and Science Institute 8700 Mayfield Blvd (North side of the street) in Chesterland Ohio Starting at 6:00 PM The social committee is excited to host the Italian Springtime Hands on Menu on May 28th starting at 6:00 PM. The menu will be Tomato Tartlet; Risotto; Chicken Rollatini; Grilled Asparagus; and Almond Torte. Feel free to being your favorite wine to have while you are cooking as well as with the meal. Once we have finished preparing the meal, we will be able to sit and enjoy the fruits of our labor. They will provide water and coffee along with the glassware for our wine. If you are planning to attend you MUST respond and have your payment sent in by May 15th. Make check payable to Maria Cocco for $100.00 per participant and send to 11205 Claridon Troy Road, Chardon, Ohio 44024. We cannot refund the money after May 15th as we must guarantee the number, I give her on that date. This promised to be a very enjoyable and entertaining evening hope many of you are able to attend.

Vino Club Social Committee Event
VINO CLUB: The social event planned by the social committee at Kosicek Vineyards is scheduled. This will be a tasting scheduled for our VINO club members only. The owner, Tony, and his daughter, Emma, will guide us through a tasting in the cellar. Tastings will include 5 tastings out of the barrel, and 5 other tastings chosen by the wine maker. A light snack will be provided with the tastings. This will be an approximate 2 hour experience. Date: Sunday, January 21st at 2:00 pm Cost: $25.00 per person If you would like to attend, please call the winery to reserve your spot and prepay. 440-361-4573. The menu will be Lemon-Arugula Salad with Grilled Shrimp, Homemade Fettuccini Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes, Basil and Fresh Mozzarella, Pork Involtini and Prosciutto and Fontina in White Wine Sauce, Vegetable Ribbons with Balsamic Glaze, and Crepes with Fresh Berry Sauce.
